The problem

Most companies in your market aren't buying right now. Only about 1 in 20 is. This is why your cold outreach and email campaigns land in the abyss. You don't need more contacts. You need to know which ones have real buying potential.

How it works

Six steps, every week. From monitoring your market to the accounts worth your time.

Catch the change while the window is open.

Every week I track your target market: job ads, company registers, news, funding, tenders and your own website.

  • Job boards
  • Company registers
  • News and press
  • Tenders
  • Your website

Signals come from sources I run myself and from data providers I work with. Automated, and reviewed by me before anything reaches you.

How companies are scored

Four signal categories, tailored for what you sell.

Build it yourself?

You could build this in-house. Here's what that takes.

Maybe you already use lemlist, Common Room, Demandbase, G2 or Clay. There's more out there, and the hard part is knowing which signals matter and filtering the noise every week.

What year one costs

Build it in-house~€0k
  • GTM engineer, incl. employer costs €67k
  • Clay, company, job and register data €30k
  • Contact data €3k
Demandmate€0.0k

€3,000 setup, then €1,900 a month. Tools, contracts and filtering included.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

What exactly is in a Monday Brief?

Each brief lists the handful of companies in your market that showed buying signals that week. For every company you see what happened, why it matters right now, who to contact, what to lead with, which channel to use and a date to act by. I check every entry myself before the brief goes out, so you don't get noise.

How do the 3 free companies work?

Send me an email with what you sell and which markets you sell into. Within 3 to 5 working days I send you three companies in your market that show real buying signals right now. They come in the same format as a regular Monday Brief, so you see exactly what you'd get. There's no commitment.

Which markets do you cover?

All of EMEA. How much data is available differs a lot from country to country, so the setup weights the signals separately for each market you sell into.

What about GDPR?

The brief starts with companies, not people. Personal data only comes in when you actually reach out, and one suppression list across all your tools keeps people who don't want to hear from you off every list. Local contact rules are taken into account per country. The setup is built to hold up in a review by your data protection officer, but it isn't legal advice.

What do I need to set up?

Nothing technical. Everything runs on my side. During the setup we go through your product, your markets and the buying signals that make the most sense for you. After that, the brief arrives the way you prefer: as a Google Sheet or CSV, by email, in the Demandmate dashboard or directly in your CRM.

Why not just buy the signal tools myself?

You can. A lean in-house version with one GTM engineer costs around €100k in year one, and €180k+ once you add intent and contact data. Most of that money goes into contracts and the time to filter the noise. Demandmate costs €25,800 in year one, and you only get the companies worth calling. If you already pay for 6sense, Clay or Apollo, I can work on top of them.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The Monday Brief is billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. There's no annual contract. All prices exclude VAT, and the service is for businesses only.
